Training Packages
Get more value with a personal training package:
- Single session: Perfect for a tune-up or one-time support
- 3 sessions: For short-term goals or to test the waters
- 5 sessions: Build consistency and see results
- 10 sessions: More value for long-term progress, transformation, and accountability
- 15 sessions: Best value. Build a routine, stick to it, and get results.
