  • Larger packages (10-15 sessions) for deeper transformation and better value

The approach is simple: Start where you feel comfortable. There’s no pressure to commit to a large package upfront. Many clients begin with a trial session or small package, then continue when they see results and feel the difference.

All packages include:

  • 12 months validity—train at your own pace
  • Can be used for in-person, online, or hybrid training
  • Ongoing support and regular progress check-ins
  • Option to upgrade or add sessions anytime
