How quickly will I see results?

Most clients notice meaningful changes within 4–8 weeks — in energy levels, how they move, and how their body feels. Visible physical changes typically follow at 8–12 weeks with consistent training and nutrition. The honest answer: it depends on where you start, your goals, and how the programme is built around your life.

I've had injuries — can you still work with me?

Yes, and this is actually one of the areas I specialise in. Many clients come with existing injuries, post-surgical recovery needs, or chronic pain. I research your specific situation, adapt every session accordingly, and progress carefully. I work with your diagnosis — not around it.

I don't really like exercise. Is this for me?

More often than not, people who don't like exercise just haven't found the right approach. Several of my longest-standing clients said exactly that before we started. When training is personalised, progressive, and doesn't feel like punishment — the relationship with movement changes completely.
